Preschool Partners
KinderHaus
German School Brooklyn and KinderHaus pre-school (German Immersion School of New York) are proud to collaborate and offer seamless German-language education from pre-school through 12th grade. Founded in 2009, KinderHaus preschool’s immersion programs have consistently exceeded New York State common-core requirements. Based on the National Institute for Early Learning Research, the components of the KinderHaus classroom include a highly qualified Staatsexamen-educated faculty, low teacher-child ratio, small class sizes, a research-based curriculum, and a pedagogical approach that focuses on the development of the whole child. Wurzelkinder
Wurzelkinder is an innovative pre-school and pre-K whose mission is to accelerate children’s academic growth while nurturing their social-emotional development. The program, which provides children with a solid moral compass, encourages them to become lifelong learners, and has a strong cultural connection to the German language. At the same time, we offer students ownership over their own educational journey. This practice has the benefit of giving bilingual children a broader cultural awareness. Our small-group setting creates a safe harbor for your child, away from home. To learn more about Wurzelkinder please visit Wurzelkinder.
