The Kindergarten at German School Brooklyn celebrated the well loved tradition of “Einschulung” with our new students.

“Einschulung” is a magical German tradition marking the start of a child’s school adventure. It’s like a big, warm welcome to the world of learning and fun!

One of the sweetest parts of this tradition is the Schultüte (school cone). Each young learner gets their very own colorful cone filled with surprises—candies, small toys, and school goodies like pencils and erasers — to make their first day memorable.
